How do you get assistance if you do not receive your tickets?
I can’t find anyone or anywhere to get help regarding not getting credited with tickets won in arcade. Does anyone know how to get assistance?
Hi @ceby First you should check your Rewards tab in your profile to make sure you really weren’t awarded tickets. You can find it by clicking on your name where it appears on the black menu bar in the Arcade and then clicking on the “Rewards” tab. Once you’ve confirmed they’re not there, you should email the Arcade Team. You can find them by going to #37 on the Arcade Help Menu.. Be sure to tell them what game and when. It may help you get by the people in the regular customer service if you mention that you’ve already checked your rewards tab and let them know what kind of device, what operating system, ad what browser you were using.
I am waiting for a reply to my email to the Arcade team.
