Hoping for Help
I am posting this in hopes that something can be done for all of us who are playing the games and not receiving tickets. I was never one to post or comment much in the past, but with the “Arcade Updates” fiasco, I am on a real quest for answers – but I have not received any so far.

Hi @sweeny22, I am so sorry that it’s taken me this long to get back to you. I just wanted to let you know we’re still looking into the issue with some of the games not awarding the correct amount of tickets. Once I have more info, I will let you know. I really appreciate your patience while this gets looked into.

Thanks, Krissy, for sticking with this sticky issue. I have been reading lots of posts on this forum and I think most of us are still having the same problems with playing games and not getting tickets. It just seems so strange that some games work AND some games don’t. I would certainly hope that the Arcade Team is equipped to resolve issues such as these in a much more timely manner. You really don’t want all this negative feedback, do you?
I rest my case.
Does the missing tickets problem go along with my problem of receiving points but they only carry over for that day and does not accumulate. I have been playing for many years and just realized that apparently they have never accumulated.
