Yes it is a universal problem. I have it too Been playing for years, never had this problem
mary930, if it were a universal problem, no one would be able to play the games. Thousands of people are successfully playing every day.
Are you playing on a Windows 10 computer and using Edge? Have you installed the Creator Update? If so, you need to use a different browser. Chrome and IE both seem to work for most people. Edge and Firefox no longer incorporate Flash and the Arcade Team is working on making the website accessible for Edge.
luvachihuahua, I’m not having any problems so it’s not a universal situation.
First thing I would try is clearing cache and cookies, shutting down your browser, and coming in through hsn.com when you reopen the browser. Don’t use a favorite or bookmark. There’s a small possibility that will help. If not, post the answers to the following questions and we might be able to help you. If not, you might have to contact the Arcade Team.
What device are you playing on? What browser are you using? What operating system is on your device?
