GOTW NO TICKETS
Another high score, 46,000 plus plus plus and I got the dreaded BLACK SCREEN – THAT’S TWICE TONIGHT with a high score I GOT NOTHING!!! PLEASE, HSN GIVE US OUR DUE TICKETS!!!!! Now please explain how when I look at my history you can’t tell what game is the one just played. I would like to know that so I can know for certain whether I was awarded tickets for whatever game I played most recently. PLEASE GIVE US ALL SOME HHHEEELLLPPP!!!
Angela, I just played 2 more games in a row that gave me the black screen; that’s at least 4 games tonight I didn’t get 120 or more tickets with the GOTW. Why am I now having the same problems so many others have all the time? This is not my normal and PLEASE FIX THIS for all our sakes! The reward history doesn’t really specify clearly which time was played and I don’t keep track of the number of games I play. If I switch between games I can tell the difference and tonight I more or less new the number of GOTW games I played and that’s why I’m certain I was denied all those tickets. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS AND OTHER PROBLEMS WE ARE ALL EXPERIENCING?
I’m truly sorry that some of your tickets are missing! I share your disappointment and have reported this issue to the Arcade team. You can confirm your balance by clicking on your nickname while in the Arcade, then go to the “Reward History” tab, and look of the entry with the date you’re looking for.
