General Issues with Games – time outs and HSN.com not responding errors, etc.
I’m seeing some very odd activity with games lately. Sudoku is terrible – I’ll be playing and all of a sudden, HSN.com freezes and I lose the whole game. This just started in the last week. The flip game will stop seeing matches in the middle. I got through the crossword puzzle and a big ? showed up on the screen and I didn’t get awarded my points. Just a lot of general strange behavior going on. Maybe the games server needs to be rebooted or something?

I see the same thing as OHOHOH and it started at the same time for me. So, since I work in IT, I know that issues that suddenly crop up are usually related to any changes that may have been pushed out right before the issues started. Did anyone apply any updates to the arcade about a week ago? If so, that would be the culprit.
As I indicated, I followed the troubleshooting tips and I am still having the issues. Mobile works fine, but only the Flip game and Spin2Win. The others say to turn the phone horizontally, but the game never turns horizontal, LOL. I have an iPhone 5S.
The entire website freezes for me. It has been freezing for over a week, but yesterday and this morning it has been worse. I’m also on Dell. 8.1
Thanks for the guidance, but that has not fixed anything. I still am being frozen when in the middle of Sudoku. I get the message: HSN.com has stopped responding. I also noticed that the video that is running off to the right hand side of the screen freezes too.
I think the arcade stuff is just buggy and something additional has started to happen. I am using Windows 7 on an Inspiron 17 Dell.
Tabby16, I’m sorry you have been having difficulty in Arcade playing correctly. This can be a quick fix and I have suggestions that should help. Please go to the Arcade HELP & FAQ and follow the instruction ins section 32 & 33. Once completed, then open a new browser and load HSN from the URL and not for a bookmark or favorite. This should clear the issues and load the latest site updates for you.
