Ruby06 without knowing what device and browser you’re playing on, there’s not much help we can offer other than to tell you to check out the Tech section of the Arcade Help Menu. If that fails, you can contact the Arcade Team directly through #37 on that menu. You’ll need to tell them what device you’re playing on, whether you’re using the app or a browser and which browser, what operating system you have, what you’ve tried to correct the problem, and a description of which games are affected and what happens when you try to play. They usually respond within 48 hours (except weekends). You can find the Help menu here.
