Games still not loading and AARP has exactly same and works fine!
Its been over 2 weeks and you still have not fixed anything – RIDICULOUS!!!!???? I may just take all my business elsewhere too if this is what is called customer service. Quit telling people its their Android or whatever – cause it works on none for me and I never had any problems till this happened.
Hi Neat 13!! Well, I’m still unable to the majority of the games in the arcade. Of the 7 "mobile" games, I can only play about half of them, the game screen is a much smaller game screen now in the upper left corner of my screen, there is no sound on alot of them and if they do pull up, they dont respond when you try to play them. Like you, I agree that the trouble is on the HSN side and they suggest you do all these other things on your PC just to keep you distracted. Thanks for the heads-up on AARP, guess I’ll go there.
