Games not working again.
Why is customer service saying it is on our end and not on HSN? I played around with my computer for a long time trying to fix what they told me to do with no results. It is on their end.

Since you are using Chrome, my Chrome has been disabling Flash without me knowing it.
Go into your settings and re enable Flash. Even if Flash is enabled, then disable it and then re enable it.
Give it a try…it;s been working for me. Except the other night when HSN was playing around with that pop up. But once they fixed that, everything was back to normal.
