FRUSTRATION!

I can’t seem top find a way to get help to solve the problem of not being able to play most of the games. If someone reads this and knows how to get through to the games, please let me know. Can’t find a way to get through for technical help and not sure anyone reads this stuff except on Friday night. HELP, PLEASE!

First….What are you using to play on and what browser are you using? If you give me that info I might be able to help….

  HP Desktop, Windows 10, Chrome. This is a full service computer with 1T storage, what else do you need to know?

I keep getting a message that your browser has Flash disabled. To play this game you need to enable Flash.” For a very long time to play the daily picture puzzle you would click on the little padlock at the top of the page and a box popped up. You would then click on “Allow” and close that box and you would get a little blue box to “Reload” the game. The “Reload” is no longer appearing and absolutely nothing happens once you click “Allow”. The game simply will not load. I even went so far as to reload Flashplayer from their website. I did clear cookies this week because I kept getting a message that I needed to do that. I did NOT disable cookies, just cleaned them.

I also use chrome. There is a lock next to the word arcade at the top. Actually it is to the left of the word Arcade. If you click on it, it will bring down a menu. Look for flash and click on it, then click Allow. It will bring you to the Arcade page , but you will need to click on reload to play the games. I hope this helps.

  I finally got the problem solved. For some reason a page appeared when my computer booted up this morning that actually gave me instructions on what I needed to do. Looked all over for this yesterday to no avail. Now I know how to fix the problem. I knew about the padlock and clicking on “Allow”. The problem was that the RELOAD box was not coming up so I got nowhere.
