I won a prize from the arcade games and was told that my prize would be mailed shortly. That was on 9/17/18. I was just wondering when I will be receiving my prize.Thank you for your help in this matter. Mary (little_dickens).
I get notifications that the prize will be shipped in 1-2 weeks, but have always gotten them in about 10 days.
@little_dickens I believe you should definitely have received your prize by now. I’ve won several times over the years, and it’s never taken more than 2 or 3 weeks at the longest. I have 2 suggestions for you to try. If you still have the email they sent you about winning the prize, reply to it and let them know that you’ve never received the prize. If you don’t have that email any longer, I would suggest you post about the problem in the Customer Service forum. There should be a mod around sooner or later who can look into the problem and see what’s happened.
You can reach the Arcade Team by going through the Help menu on the main Arcade page and choosing the last option. Use this for problems you are having with the games, giving them as much information as possible about your system, the game, and what is happening (be very specific). They are not decision makers and inundating them with emails complaining about games being removed, etc. is not going to be helpful and may, in fact, be detrimental.
Please bring back Mahjong , it was the only game I really played, not much reason to tune in anyore, very disapointed that there is replacement
