I also was very surprised to get the e-mail and tickets. Nice to know someone was listening to the problems and cared enough to take this action. I have a much higher opinion of how much HSN cares about their customer’s experience. They will continue to get my money! :womanvery-happy:

Yes, I got this Message and the 1,000-Points. I thought it very generous of HSN and the Arcade Team to do this for us to compensate for the failure of the Friday Night Trivia Game last week, (Feb 19th). THANK YOU!!! I sure hope it will be fixed for this week’s game… I love playing it and sharing with all of you on TREKKY’s Thread!

I didn’t get the email and wouldn’t expect to since I never report anything that isn’t working.Anyone that took time to make reports,etc should be awarded some tickets.

Good for the one’s that got them! I have too darn many as it is.
I feel badly for those who experienced all the frustrations of FNGN & didn’t receive the tickets.
