I suddenly can’t get a picture for any game so can’t play any game. Have tried clearing everything and rebooting. Don’t know what happened or what to do…..
I had this problem a couple of months ago, did everything I was told by HSN tech and my own computer tech site. I had someone come in remotely twice. First time, no luck. The second time they said they had a lot of problems with windows upgrading, and the flash drive , but only on yahoo. They moved me to google and it worked. Said I would have to wait for microsoft to fix the glich. I don’t know if they did I stayed on google, but you might try a different browser, whatever you have, might be the same kind of thing.

I wasn’t having problems for years and now all of a sudden all sorts of frustrating problems – can’t get into a game at all, get into the game and then the "!" comes up, stops working during a game, can’t go from one level to the next have to get out and go back on Monkey, etc.
I’m having the same problem with my tablet. I just got a new tablet today and it’s working fine. HSN tach support must of upgraded something, so we will need to do the same. I cleared cache, didn’t work….now I’ll give it to a 12 yo and they’ll figure it out.
Same thing happened to me. Left came back and it was working. I am still having trouble with flip out though. It will be a match but they just keep flipping around. I also have trouble with the seek and find. It drags & eventually stops.
cblhr, I can image how eager you are to get this fixed! Please go to ?Arcade Help and scroll down to the “Let’s Get Technical” section. Here you should find information regarding the system requirements. You will also want to make sure your Flash Player is up to date.
I had that same problem yesterday and thought it was my computer. I then shut everything down. Waited a couple of hours and returned. I finally decided that it must be a glitch with HSN and not with me. Same thing happened today. But instead of walking away, left the internet and returned a few minutes later and found everything was in working order. If you still have the problem, may want to send a message to the Arcade people. I think they have their own forum in Community. Hope this works for you.
