Borrrring prizes!!!
Last week it was crafts and lotions and potions. (none of which I use) This week it’s . ( I live in farm country…plenty of that around here, too) Now I am the first person to admit (from experience) that it shouldn’t matter since they don’t send you the prizes even if you do win but at least give me something to feel like it’s worth my time to even dream…..!
And let me repeat from an earlier post. How about just giving ALL OF THE WINNERS Spendable Kash equivalent to the value of the prizes we win. Then we can make the purchase ourselves and have something to show for our effort and you will not be committing fraud.

I agree 100%. It would be easier for everyone.

If you don’t like the prizes, then save your points for something you are interested in or stop playing altogether. It drives me nuts when people complain about things they get for free. I can only assume those people have never heard of the saying “don’t look a gift horse in the mouth” or don’t understand what it means. As for giving Spendable Kash instead of the prizes, did it ever occur to you that the items being given away were part of an on-air display and not in their original packaging or there was some other reason why they couldn’t be sold? Because those are the sort of thoughts I have. Another thing that crosses my mind is that ungrateful complainers will ruin it for the rest of us and cause HSN to stop the Arcade and give-aways completely.

To answer you;
I don’t waste tickets on items I do not want. I did win something I wanted and needed on February 26. My complaint is and will continue to be that I never received it or even a confirmation email. And I’m not alone. I congratulate you on your win but those of us who are still waiting after months have every right to complain that we are being defrauded. If the arcade goes away it won’t be our fault so please stop pointing fingers in the wrong direction.
Your comment about the items being used is a head scratcher. Seriously. If you enter a sweepstakes to win a car do you expect it to be used if you win?
I will repeat an analogy I offered earlier. If you play the lottery and win do you expect to get your money or would you just say “oh well” if the state never gave it to you? Contests have to be registered with states and the prizes must be awarded or it’s a scam. So, you don’t have to like it since you got your prizes but the DOZENS of us who didn’t are going to keep complaining until we do. It’s our right and it’s fair.
One last thing. The on air items are put into the clearance section and sold ‘as is’.

Thanks for your post as I agree with you. It is a drain to read all the whining about being unhappy with free albeit possibly demo’d or modeled or even late to receive stuff on occasion. If a person is not happy with playing the games (when they work) or the prizes (they can choose from), they’re thinking about it wrong. lol. Seriously, if you come from a place of abundance instead of what you do not have, HSN, just like the rest of your life, it is a lot more enjoyable. ….. now lets get back to having some fun!

I think this week’s prizes are pretty good.

I have won and received several prizes from playing the games. I love the games however I sincerely admit several problems with the games now but am confident problems will be fixed, don’t know when but hoping soon since I love playing everyday. I love this site and wish players would stop complaining and try to enjoy, there are other sites that offer games to play, if not happy here try them.

I have a couple of points in regard to cynsterwytche’s comments. (1) I did not say the prizes were used. I said I thought they were part of on-air displays and therefore out of their original packaging. I do not know this for a fact; it is just a supposition. The two items I’ve received thus far were not in their original packaging but were obviously unused. (2) When you play the lottery, you buy a ticket. You pay to play, and if i was told I had won, I would definitely follow up if I did not receive my winnings. However, with the HSN lottery, you do not pay a cent. It literally costs you nothing except your time, and hopefully you are having fun while playing the games. If, for example, I don’t ever receive my third prize, I will inquire after it as I did get a confirmation email. However, if I never receive it, I will in fact say “oh well” because there was no investment on my part, not even the cost of a stamp.
I wonder how it is that you know you won a prize if you didn’t get a confirmation email. Did you only see your ID on the list of winners? If so, maybe your confirmation email went into your spam folder. HSN’s FAQ’s state that the winners list on the website is not updated, so if you don’t respond to their address confirmation request in time, “your” prize will go into a second drawing but your ID will still be displayed as the winner.. If you want a confirmed list of winners, you have to ask for a mail-in list. It is very possible that you have already addressed this in an earlier message, but I have not tried to access all your posts. And I don’t mean to be ugly or condescending. I am offering up this information as much for newbies as for you.-
I appreciated your post and you were NOT ugly or condescending. Reading the whining about winning free stuff is what I find most boring…. Lol.
