ARE YOU BLACK & BLUE, HSN??
Over the past few days, I’ve been reading all the posts that seem to be
beating you up, HSN. I, myself, would like to personally thank you for
all the hard work you have been doing for our benefit and enjoyment. Yes, there are kinks in the system, but it was never intentional.
One of my New Year’s resolutions was to be less critical and less judgmental. Our society seems to be so quick to rush to judgment. All of you who said you were leaving HSN because of the errors need to step back, think about the fun you’ve had, and the great shopping HSN allow us. Wouldn’t you like to be given a second chance for your mistakes? A BIG HUG TO YOU, HSN; I’M STAYING!!!!
@honeybun13, nice thread! With any changes there are always tweaks to be made, but once the dust settles all is well.
I am still enjoying the Arcade and playing my favorite games.

HSN_Krissy WE REALLY DO APPRECIATE ALL THE HARD WORK. IT’S JUST SOME OF US WORK SO HARD FOR OUR TICKETS. I DON’T KNOW HOW PEOPLE GET SUCH HIGH SCORES. I’M SURE MY REFLEXES HAVE SLOWED A BIT, BUT I SURE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A GOOD SCORE SOMETIME. THANKS AGAIN.

Thanks to all HSN staff for hanging in there and continuing to provide the coolest place to play arkadium games on the internet. There is a forum here and a tangible reward system. That doesn’t mean I am saying they are perfect or that I haven’t used the very forum provided by HSN to opine at will about how the forum could be improved and changes to the games introduced better – it just means I am grateful for what I continue to have here and am attempting to keep things in perspective. So – thank you HSN with an extra tip of the hat to the staff tasked with reading our complaints here.
It would also be nice to have one topic called problem

We know that this past week was a bit rough but appreciate you along with @flopp2, @southernlights55, @lizzie818, @lucy789, @oldpixie among others for sticking with us as we work out the issues that are impacting some of the other customers with games not loading and freezing.
It is what it is.
The glitches can be worked out. I never did get excited about tickets because what can you really do with tickets? I have tried for years to win something with tickets and gave up that idea a long time ago!
With all due respect, the commercials are intentional. I doubt the commercials will be going away. I am sure that HSN has looked at the revenue received from this new format vs losing customer orders?
It would be nice to look at threads that do not involve the arcade.
I’m glad to see the changes and the phasing out of Flash games. Besides Spin 2 Win & the TS Jigsaw, I usually play only one or two other games. I really like the new game 5 Roll, it’s my favorite game ever here. I haven’t been having any issues using the Arcade on my computer. On my Android 7 phone, the 5 Roll dice come up black. I have to lock them to see what I rolled. Hopefully they’ll get that taken care of so I can play when I’m not home. The ads are an annoyance, but thanks to judiwonder’s advice Adguard’s taken care of that.
Thank you honeybun13 for starting this thread. There has been too many negative postings going on. I too appreciate that the games are free to play here and have lots of fun here. And testing in the play world pre release never finds all the bugs that happen out in the real world upon release of new programs. Thank you HSN for providing a place to come and play games and have fun.
I just had a great idea!! All of you who want to quit playing the games, please do. It will lessen the player odds. As for myself, I’m staying and I am going to keep playing. Love Ya HSN.
Microsoft. Apple etc have “armies” of people checking their software before it is launched, and still always have problems. Testing is not the same as live. It will all work out. As long as it’s free, I’m grateful!
