i can’t play most of the games, i accidentally block it, but unblock it, but still …..
Ruby, have you checked out the tech suggestions on the Help menu in the Arcade? You may find some pointers there to get yourself back up and running.
You didn’t say whether you’re playing on a computer or a mobile device. If you’re on a windows 10 computer try using a different browser. Chrome seems to work well for most people.
