I cleared my browser, and started over. Played Myjong Dimensions and Tri Peaks, and earned no tickets for either. What’s going on? My HSN app, where I usually play is really messed up too. Are we in transition or something?
For the most part I have had no major problems with the games.Only had a issue with the Friday night Trivia.After 2 weeks of not being able to answer the questions I reported an issue and was promptly rewarded my tickets and assured the error was on the part of HSN….Since then I have been able to participate on Friday night Trivia with no issues since….Fingers remain crossed…Thank You HSN
My TriPeak Soltaire hasn’t worked for the pass 2 days, I notice also it seems to be a
New Version,but I haven’t been able to operate it on my IPad, I want to play the game….!!!!
Please let me know when it will be Available to play again or if it’s being Discontinued.

I am having problems playing Mahjongg on my iPad as well. The clock is not running and even though it looks like the score is adding up, at the end it’s saying 0 for the score and tickets. I have done all the usual to try and resolve it on my end, to no avail. What’s happening?
I cleared my browser again, signed in again, and this time was able to play both games, but received no points for either. My scores were zero. I also deleted the hsn app from my iPad and installed a new app. I still was not able to play either game. For both, a blank screen came up, but no cards or pieces came onto the boards. I really enjoy playing these games, and am so disappointed.
I have also turned iPad off and on several tines and cleared browser.
No luck getting any tickets on Tri peaks solitaire. Still not the usual version of Tri Peaks.
When will this be fixed?
London_lover, try clearing your browser again, as we had a more recent issue which has been corrected.
