Arcade Problems? Are you sure you have the most current version of your browser?
If you are having problems with games loading or running slowly, you might need to update your browser. One of the things that HSN’s Keymaster said in the post about the new Arcade is that it’s designed to run on the latest browsers.
If you’re using something other than Edge or IE, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling your browser if you don’t know how to update it. You can update Edge and IE through the system updates on your Windows computer.
I have experienced only very minor problems with respect to how the games run; so I don’t believe ALL the fault for the problems is on HSN.
Also, clearing cache and coming back in through the HSN URL rather than a favorite or bookmark might clear up at least some of your problems.
Now, Edge is working but the screen does eventually freeze and I have to close my browser and come back in. I am playing Tumble Tiles and this last time I had to close the browser and come back in, all my levels were lost and I was back to the beginning.
None of the old games are visible from my IE browser anymore.
Also, I lost my high game from Monday on Tumble Tiles – I had 11,599,089 and was in position 8 on the leaderboard. After the conversion, I am showing in position 9 with 9,257,178, which was my previous high score. I did send an email to customer service.
What is the fix to keep from losing my progress. The browser is going to freeze up and I don’t want to lose my progress when that happens. I’ll never be able to play this game again if that is the case.
I have a new Windows 10. I am able to play the games I like except for the jigsaw puzzle. Had this problem before and was told to use Microsoft edge. I did and the problem disappeared. Now that HSN has given the new games and changed things around I can no longer get the puzzle. I only get the ad and then the screen goes white. Come on HSN and help me out here. Is there anyone out there listening to our problems?
Using internet explorer or edge does not make a difference. Everything is current and up to date. I have cleared cache, everything possible, and it is the same. Games start to load and never completely load or never let you play. Some of the old games I can play, but why put new ones on here if you are not going to be able to play them.
I use a tablet. I haven’t cleared my cache but I use this basically for arcade play. The screen freezes, loads veryyyyyyy slowly. It was great before this big change Tuesday. It wouldn’t load my tickets then and had advertising videos before the game came up.I’m not as swift on the tech but never did I have any problems until the decided to fix what was working. Space hunt worked Wednesday for one game then went back to being almost impossible to play. I’m regularly a 50-75 ticket earner in the top ten. Now It is tough to make 40 points! Fix this disaster!
I’ve been working with computers for 24 years & I can tell you this is NOT a computer problem that I or others are having. There is no difference from computer or tablet–same problems. If this is the type of tech team that HSN is carrying, then I best get off this site as it definitely is not secure. I have not sworn at a program as much as I have in the past 2 days in the arcade. Usual customer service of passing the buck. Shame on HSH! They’re losing another customer but that doesn’t matter today with large companies. I’d do my shopping watching the live feed while playing games, since I don’t have cable or satellite to watch on tv.
It’s very strange but for some reason all the games are working just fine for me. They are ok on my pc with both Chrome and Edge and on my android tablet and phone with Chrome and Puffin. Now if they would pay a decent amount of tix all would be well. Except for the very intrusive ads of course!!!
Hi fbn, how are you? I’m not having any trouble with the games either as long as I use Edge on my laptop. The amount of tickets given is another story. They seem to have increased the ticket numbers to normal levels in some of the old games. The new games amounts are ridiculous. I’m not seeing ads all over the place either besides the occasional video which you can stop after a few seconds. The only real complaint I have is that I have to keep adjusting the size of the games, they are not consistent with the size of the Forum. I can’t use IE on the Arcade anymore, it only shows the old games. With Edge I get all 77 games. 🏎🚙🚗🏍 and I found my emojis, beep beep. 😎
With all due respect, Lizzie 818, there are HUNDREDS (if not THOUSANDS) of complaints from Arcade players. Do you seriously think they ALL are too clueless to update their browsers and clear their cache & cookies? Many of them are long time players, and have heard the same refrain too many times in the past when the Arcade experienced glitches or “upgrades”. I’d surmise most of them have done all this clearing and updating, and are frustrated that they still encounter glitches that should have been addressed during the testing phase.
HSN has already admitted there are problems with the “upgrade” that the Arcade Team is working on fixing. I, for one, won’t be holding my breath waiting for these fixes.
I didn’t have a problem with the games until HSN loaded the new games.
Now, when I play Beauty Solitaire sometimes the “SUBMIT” doesn’t show up.
When it does appear and I have submitted it, it stalls forever and then
I do not collect/receive the points.
Yes, I have sent an e-mail to the Arcade/HSN – I received the standard
notice that I need to update and clean up etc., etc., etc.
Yes, my computer is running / operating as it should – like I said I had no
problems before the new games were added.
Maybe I will try to “jump through the hoops” tomorrow, as for now I am done.
Lizzie, it’s not browsers that are affecting Android tablets and phones. I have the most current updates on all 3 browsers, IE, Chrome and Puffin. IF you can get a game to load they play in super slow motion and 90% of the time no tickets are given if you even manage to get to that screen. Like others have posted, more often than not the game just ends partially through and restarts. I have 2 tablets and the games are unplayable, both old and new games. Another thing, depending which browser you access the games with, different games are displayed.
Velvet, I’ve seen a lot of people complaining, but I haven’t seen many of them saying they’re on a mobile device; so I gave information to people who might be playing on a computer. Since HSN has previously said you should use a browser to access the games on a tablet, I believe that information might even help those with tablets.
With all due respect Lizzie, I suspect 50% of people play on tablets or phones.

Lizzie, I’m using Silk win minimum problems but last night Edge wasn’t working very well, I got pop ups blocked clear cache cookies, however it’s the only .com on me edge as it’s new and I’m unfamiliar with Windows 10, but twice I was vrozen, I reported that last night and asked would Mozilla fire Fox be better or Google chrome? one thing it did ask me to install chrome, so that confused me. why Edge would ask me to install chrome, I believe I was in games at the time first time loading.
I’m a 10.1 INCH tablet, the theatre mode at first was great but then it started to run off page, even if u put it in a new window the other games are below it and video on side paused.
so I’m still having edge problem what do I do to keep a good size screen, if the cards run under the box or half screen in both theatre mode, with the Amazon Kindle Fire they’re are no games under the screen I’m playing on. so how do I remove the games below the box on the tab your on. I hope I explained this correctly, if not I could try to post a screenshot of what I’m describing.
