Arcade Not responding to some games
My Fav. Arcade Games will not longer download not sure why…….could it be that HSN upgraded its operating system to Windows 10? Not sure but what a hassle….Thanks for listening -Rose
Thanks for your response glad to see it’s just not my system……..the help menu has not ‘helped’ that’s ok I have other games online I just lived being able to use my points for entering sweepstakes………thanks for answering~! did the reinstalling thing, cleared the cache , etc. still not a go.
@angelsrose , if you are using Edge then your computer probably got the Creators update. You cannot play Flash games on there at least not on HSN. Other sites have found a way around it but its not totally safe.
Switch to a different b rowsr like Chrome or IE. Not Firefox…that one also got rid of Flash
Have an iPad have the same problems I have three games that I used to play but cant play anymore anymore thanks
jcd51, I can’t help you with an iPad; but the first thing I would suggest is that if you are using the app, you uninstall it and reinstall it. That way you’ll be sure you have the most current version. After that I would suggest you check out the tech section of the Help menu in the Arcade. It may be an issue with a recent update to the iPads. If you don’t find any help in the tech section, contact the Arcade Team by going to #37 in the menu. They’ll need to know things like what your operating system and version is, that you’re using the app (or which browser you’re using if you’re using a browser), what games are affected and what happens when you try to open them (Does it just keep trying to load? for example), and what, if anything, you’ve tried to remedy the situation. You can get to the Help Menu from the Arcade menu or by clicking here.
Noooooo don’t think that;s it. More than likely your computer upgraded Edge to Creators Update. Or you use Firefox. Neither one of those support Flash anymore.
Or you need to clear your cache and cookies. Or you need to come in thru hsn.com not thru a favorite.
Of course this is all assuming you are on a desktop or laptop.
If you are on Ipad iphone, phones, or tablets….those are diff problems.
Please specify what device you are using, the browser, operating system.
If none of these pertain to you, then check the HELP page and #37.
