Hello Arcade Players,
As many of you have reported, some of our games have stopped loading or stopped working mid-game. We are continuing to research these issues and will implement fixes as soon as we can. We believe one of the issues may be related to newer internet browsers and devices that no longer support Flash. Until we are able to resolve the game issues, we have a couple recommendations that may help:
•Try playing games on Internet Explorer 11 or a different device.
•If you are a desktop Chrome user, please refer to this Google Chrome Help article which explains how to enable Flash on your browser. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6258784?hl=en (Opens an external site)
These issues aren’t happening on all games, so you may have success playing another one of our 60+ Arcade games. Please note that Monkey Gems and Mahjongg Toy Chest have been temporarily disabled.
Spin2Win Gift Cards – We have identified an issue that is preventing Spin2Win $25 Gift Card Win confirmation emails from being sent. We are also working to fix this issue. In the meantime, we will manually email gift card numbers to confirmed winners.

I had been playing the Majong candy for awhile now I had stopped to charge up my IPAD and now the arcade feature does not show at all anymore on the HSN site for the Ipad. I was getting really good at that and now its gone. I too had been experiencing problems with it from time to time that it would just go away and I would just restart it, I thought it was something I had done wrong, but it seems like this is a reoccurring issue. I too is my fix for the day. Truly addicted to that game.

This is regarding the update for the HSN APP. It is for iPhone 7 ios 11
There is NO ARCADE on this updated app and there is NO COMMUNITY.
I called immediately some time ago and they assured it would be corrected within 1 day. Found it hard to believe….I was right. It has been weeks along with several contacts to HSN.
Can you PLEASE repair this.

I am using my PC Windows 10 – Firefox to play games on the HSN Arcade. In the last few days, some windows have popped at the beginning of a game or even in the middle of a game. Those pop ups pose as surveys. The first time, I thought it was a legitimate survey from HSN. I answered a few questions and then another window let me chose a supposedly prize, but I had to pay for shipping. Unbeknownst to me, I did not check a box, but clicked on the No Thank You button that offered an additional product. My credit card company called me a few minutes later to verify that I was the purchaser of several products which I did not order. These orders are being disputed now by my bank. I believe the HSN Arcade site has been compromised somehow…….and I hope the quality of the site will be restored soon. Also, I do not know why the Monkey Gem game was disabled, but I wish it was not…..that was one of my favorite games.
@annie6124, you should run an antivirus scan. I also recommend installing and running Malwarebytes, the free version. Check your browser Tools > Add-ons, and look for anything you didn’t knowingly add before the pop-ups started. Also check your Windows programs list for any you didn’t knowingly install.
Firefox users are seeing malware that disguises itself as a Firefox update. I’ve seen it many times, almost every day. You should never download the fake file, only click Cancel. Firefox never delivers updates in that manner. It’s generated from malvertising on legitimate websites. I’ve never seen it while using HSN, so I doubt you got anything from them. This is a sample of the fake update. Have you ever seen anything that looks like this?

@john1957 , read what I posted to you above just a few minutes ago. If you have a CHromebook, you will probably have to wait till all the games are moved from Flash to HTML5 and that takes a long time. Huge project.

@john1957, yes the games work for the majority of players., There are many browser and OS issues. You need to specify what type of device you have, browser/s, OS, vrsions, etc etc.
The big issues right now are Edge after the Creators update. Go to Arcade/Help/ #32 and follow the instructions on the pop up.
Chromebook (not chrome browser by itself) is another issue. It is not meant to play Flash games even if you have the Chrome browser and Flash is enabled, That will only work on other OS like Windows.
I use Edge and never had a problem. After an update months ago I did have to add Flash Player to all game sites and once I did all has been fine. I also made sure it was “on” in Microsoft 10. I tried using Chrome a few weeks ago and it was awful. Treasure Hunt would take seconds to move and it was annoying. Other games were extremely slow. The only reason I tried Chrome was because of posts suggesting to someone if they are using another browser they should try Chrome. I play the games on a laptop and all is fine with Edge and Microsoft 10.
I am assuming HSN is not bringing Toy Chest back. Haven’t seen any posts regarding the game but could have missed if they gave an answer. On another game site years ago a favorite game disappeared. I was told the contract was not renewed for the game. I could play it on other sites just would not be on that particular game site anymore. If that is the case with HSN why not just tell us? Could you imagine if this were a workplace tech problem? Our IT people would be replaced. We actually have brilliant IT employees!

@shaker63, from now on, please give info as to what type of device you are using, browser, app, mobile, etc. Sooooo many diff types of problems can occur. If it just happened, guessing you are on desktop/laptop and you probably just got the Creators update and cant play on Edge. So here is what you do::
Chrome is starting to disable Flash. Edge/Windows./Microsoft has taken Flash out with the Creators update. Even tho it says Flash is enabled, doesnt matter because its not there. All these browsers are trying to eliminate Flash to switch over to HTML5 by 2020 which is supposed to safer than Flash.
HSN is trying to keep up and has now (at least temporarliy) fixed the Edge problem.\
If you are using Edge then you probably just got the Creators update and that takes Flash out of Edge even tho it says Flash is enabled. Here is what to do:
HSN has now made the necessary adaptation to allow the Arcade to work with Edge after the Creator Update.
go to #32 on the Arcade Help menu. while using Edge. She said it would ask you a question and then a popup would appear asking if you want to “allow” Flash Player for this site. Allowing Flash Player should fix the problems. Since I haven’t yet installed the Creator Update for Windows 10,
EDIT: Guess I should point out that this will only work if you can find Edge. There is another problem that after the Creators update, Edge can disappear. You may have to hunt for Edge then play on it, or sometimes may not be able to keep it on the screen at all. That problem cannot be fixed by HSN as far as I know LOL! That is a Microsoft problem.
Just thought I would let you know that Trizzle has stopped loading. I have read some of the suggestions and will try them.

Looks like the Arcade team has fixed the playing on Edge after the Creators Update problem!!!

Trekky can’t get to her computer right now, but she asked me to let you know that HSN has now made the necessary adaptation to allow the Arcade to work with Edge after the Creator Update.
I posted an edit to this, but apparently HSN signed me out and I didn’t notice it.
What Trekky said to do was to go to #32 on the Arcade Help menu. while using Edge. She said it would ask you a question and then a popup would appear asking if you want to “allow” Flash Player for this site. Allowing Flash Player should fix the problems. Since I haven’t yet installed the Creator Update for Windows 10, I can’t check this out. Trekky should be around later today if you have any questions.

do wish HSN or the HSN Arcade Team would have made a big announcement so more people could get their Edge “fixed” and get to play. Maybe they are not quite done with it yet.
But I did get to play about 4 different games that did not work on Edge after the Creator update and now they work…..52 Pick Up, Sparks, Lights, Camera, Subtraction, and Artctic Tri Peaks. I’m hoping all the games will work on Edge. I’ll certainly be checking in the coming days LOL!
Now we all need to keep bringing the thread to the top and spreading the word so more and more people can play!!
