Is anyone having issues with the games not working? Didn”t know if it”s just on my end…
@peachypie3 , you need to read the above posts. If it does not apply to you, then go to Arcade help and read on there especially #32. If that does not help, then contact arcade team and be sure to include what device you are using, your browser, or app, version, etc etc.
There are so many updates the browsers are doing. These really mess things up.. Like Chrome is starting to disable Flash. Edge/Windows./Microsoft has taken Flash out with the Creators update. Even tho it says Flash is enabled, doesnt matter because its not there. All these browsers are trying to eliminate Flash to switch over to HTML5 by 2020 which is supposed to safer than Flash.
HSN is trying to keep up and has now (at least temporarliy) fixed the Edge problem.
Yes i too can not play my 3 fav. games and its been that way for about a month.
I have a Chromebook
It also works on Chrome use HSN’s Help and then #32. It worked on my Chrome and Edge and Explorer.

Sorry I dont know anything about those. You can still go to the Arcade help section and check things out. If nothing there, contact the Arcade team and make sure you include device, browser, versions, etc etc or you will just get an answer to clear your cache and cookies.
If you are using Edge then you probably just got the Creators update and that takes Flash out of Edge even tho it says Flash is enabled. Here is what to do:
HSN has now made the necessary adaptation to allow the Arcade to work with Edge after the Creator Update.
go to #32 on the Arcade Help menu. while using Edge. She said it would ask you a question and then a popup would appear asking if you want to “allow” Flash Player for this site. Allowing Flash Player should fix the problems. Since I haven’t yet installed the Creator Update for Windows 10,
EDIT: Guess I should point out that this will only work if you can find Edge. There is another problem that after the Creators update, Edge can disappear. You may have to hunt for Edge then play on it, or sometimes may not be able to keep it on the screen at all. That problem cannot be fixed by HSN as far as I know LOL! That is a Microsoft problem.
Whenever you have a problem with the arcade please be sure to list whether you are using a desktop, phone, mobile, app, browser, which browser. The more info you can give, the more apt someone here can help you.
I understand that the new Firefox has eliminated Flash, Can still use the older browsers. And so far no problem with Internet Explorer.
