Toxic and Outrageous and Bad Business Practice
As soon as the negative and honest reviews started coming in about this toxic product, HSN took down ALL the items. No follow up, no explanations. I called and spoke to Customer Service Supervisor who claimed I was the first person she talked with to complain. I cannot exaggerate the fumes of turpentine and bug spray lingering in my home 12 hours later. Orange blossom and Fresh Linen? I ordered both on Auto Ship, and both have the same awful smell. Fragrant? What kind of irresponsible representation is this? Now I have to buy boxes to ship back for a refund? Why can’t I throw it all away and get a refund? That is the RIGHT thing to do after being lied to and suffering the consequences. The lack of honesty and refusal for refunds without returning this junk is also terrible business.
funny I called days ago and was told by CS that they are WELL aware of the problem from all the calls they are getting and that they purchased the item themselves… really peculiar that this CS rep has not heard… it will be interesting to see how they get out of this and scam their customer’s further… I keep thinking that this will be made right and the more I read from customer’s the more I feel that I will search to replace the one SSC autoship I have and do my shopping elsewhere after more than 25 years… between her FB page and this forum we can’t all be wrong and ONE poster be right…
