Spin Mop Micro Soap Question
Is it safe for wood floors? Thanks!
pick ur fit
rock what u got
Threads vs. blogs…..who cares. Glad you now know what high-waisted jeans were called in the 80’s. Let us conduct ourselves in a proactive manner to acheive a common goal. For starters on DG2 "TS" jeans lets rally together for "free shipping and free returns". If the drum bangs loud enough someone will listen!!
This is a blog about DG2 (sizing, quality control and chemical odors). I don’t understand what point the lady with the yellow bird picture is trying to make and comment on. I’m confused. "Mom" jeans?? Thats just another name for high-waisted jeans some decades back. All women wore them big and small. No need to be sensitive. It’s called "fashion". By the way think they are making a comeback…lol. Lets stick to the subject here please and not get off track.
DG jeans are too short in the rise for me so I do not buy them. I do want to chime in on one particular issue:
Mom jeans. Somehow, women everywhere got bullied into feeling bad for wearing jeans that actually fit the womanly body, as opposed to a teenage-boy body. I despise the expression "mom jeans". What is referred to with such derision are jeans that look good on normal women with curves. Very few women look good in low-rise jeans. Sure, if you are 15, undersized, have no curve in the hip/butt area, have flat stomach – or simply have your waist closer to the butt – low rise is the way to go. On most others – not so much. We are women. We are not 15. We ARE Moms. I refuse to bow to the gay-man-aesthetic-dominant fashion snobs on this one.
I believe HSN should offer free shipping & returns on ALL DG2 "TS"JEANS! That just might grab
their attention when it hits their pockets!!
DG2 perfect 5 stars? Has she read the 10,000 negative reviews?
No… she’s too busy counting her non-Formaldehyde money! *lol*
I don’t see what the big deal is about her Jeans anyway. You’d think they were the best thing since sliced bread. *lol*
Her inconsistent Sizing, (not only among differents Model #’s, but the SAME Model #); and the fact that they’re treated with Formaldehyde, well, I just don’t ‘get’ why anyone bothers at all.
By the time you are lucky enough to find a Size that actually fits you, (with NO GUARANTEE that that Size will fit you across the board or even within the SAME Model #), you’ve spent enough money in RETURN SHIPPING FEES to have bought at least one, (if not two), pair of Jeans elsewhere… particularly at a brick & mortar store.
After buying, and returning, 3-pairs of DG Jeans, I refused to be sucked into any more of her SHODDY GOODS and NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I now buy my Jeans from Ross… or Dillards… or JCP.
HELLO NYTOLAGIRL:smileyhappy: SO HAPPY TO ‘READ’ YOUR POST—I FEEL THE EXACT SAME WAY!!! AND, I’M ALSO PROPORTIONATELY SMALL TOO! MY PROB–LIKE OTHERS’ HAVE STATED—INCONSISTENT SIZING—EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I FLAT OUT REFUSE TO BUY ‘SEVERAL SIZES’ ONLY TO FIND RIGHT FIT–AND PAY TO RETURN THE OTHERS!!! I THINK THAT’S JUST OUTRIGHT NUTS!!! ….AND A WASTE OF HARD EARNED $$! IMHO, AND I DON’T THINK I’M BEING NEG–IT’S HONESTLY ‘MY EXPERIENCE’! AND I’VE BEEN W/HSN 15YRS NOW! AND I’M HAPPY TO READ I’M NOT ALONE—THANK ‘YOU’!! :womanvery-happy::heart:
yup! I won’t buy her again. I bought 2 pairs of the same jean on clearance in a 14… one I had to go down to a 12 and the other I could not even button. That’s absurd.
Turned tv on to HSN just now and found it’s that time of month again. Business as usual. Old ladies are forgotten in the "jeans" world, best jeans ever, should cost so much more money…bla bla blah….
Only the 5 star reviews are discussed – not the ones about the scary chemical odor on the indigo dyes or the different sizing on each jean received resulting in constant return charges. By the way,
yes jeans are hard to fit but it happens with the jeggings too – which is nothing more than a glorified legging! "Voices" are not heard in this line of clothing in my humble opinion.
Jeans are very hard to fit. Even walking into a store and trying them on can take time. When I find something that fits I buy more than one and hope next time around they will be available. And hopefully the sizing is standard. I am five feet tall.. so I have a daunting task whenever I think I need a new pair. I have been very successful with the Costco choices… Gloria Vanderbilt..(short version).
And I will add I can wear Diane Gilman.. on me they fit.. look good ( I think so). I have had no issues and have collected a few. So I think this is an individual matter. As for mom jeans, I am a mom and it you were to extend this even beyond.. I am a grandmom. But that does not take away (shouldn’t) from each of us buying what fits and looks good on us personally without having to be caught wearing "mom jeans" which sounds so negative and hurtful.
10/4 on that, back when she started (jeggings) with no loops to put a belt in , they were always too big, since only as of recent do they finally talk about the stretchs you could go down a size, & she never offers free s&h, rarely, i’m in severe pain, people iike her don’t help it any!! thanks, mary ann s-omaha, ne
I totally agree NY2LAGAL!! Her sizing flip flops all over the place. I’ve had to send back so many I’m about ready to give up. I think she is rude to the hosts & the models. The super stretch is comfy IF you are ever lucky enough to find that one in ten pair that fits!!
then maybe you should stop buying her jeans and go into a store since you are so unhappy!
Cartheaper, I’m sorry but it’s not recommended for wood floors.
