Shocked and disappointed
Watching Anna Griffith the other day and order two packages of her wonderful craft card sets. Received email thanking me for my order. Later on I received email confirmation on order success and tracking numbers for delivery. I placed my order on my computer and the show was going on for sometime plus at least another show or two scheduled that day. Today I checked my bank account to find that HSN had charged both items and then reversed both. Seriously?? Doesn’t pass the smell test. I did everything right. (I know, I know they will say "how busy" and that phone calls come in also.) Yet they suggest we order online to be sure we get what we want. If HSN tells me I have successfully placed my order and it is on the way, I expect HSN will make sure I get my order.
HSN doesn’t actually charge you UNTIL the product has been shipped. They all do this… Evine, the Q, Roaman’s.
When you place your Order, these companies want to authenticate that your Bank has the funds to cover the purchase. Why? Because you’re using your Bank Account to pay, (usually thru a Debit Card), not a Credit Card. Once that’s authenticated, the ‘seeming’ charge is reveresed.
As Kyle said, your Items are being ‘prepared for shipment’. When the product actually ships, THAT is when your Bank Account will be charged.

, I’m not sure why you’re showing the charges as being reversed on your bank account as I’ve checked your orders and am not showing them as cancelled. At this time, they’re both in our warehouse being prepared for shipping and should be arriving to you no later than 02/05/2016.
