I ordered an item on Oct 5, actually 2 items. After a week, I called and was told it would be delivered on Oct 15. Low and behold, come Oct 17, it still wasn’t here, I called, and was told that there were some issues with the warehouse due to the hurricane on the east coast, and was guaranteed the item would be here by Oct 23. Well, here we are, Oct 24, and the status shows Packaging. I am absolutely shocked, I was a first time customer with ordering on Oct 5, and can honestly say that I am disappointed in this process. I was looking at purchasing some other items for Christmas, but doubt I will because of this. I have called numerous times, and am being told now that it wasn’t the hurricane, but instead a new process/program with shipping. Really, and this wasn’t tested out. I am not sure who to speak with at this point, but all I can say is that I am VERY disappointed. This was a present to myself for my birthday, and you guys messed this up.
I am in the same boat! Might I suggest calling and requesting a supervisor. They may have more ACCURATE info and will compensate you.
