Don’t count on anything until you physically have it in your hands. We have been told by the community here, customer service phone bank reps and emails so many lies. I was told my purse order would be here by today second date, nope now it’s Tuesday. The craft day purchases we cancelled our orders from that day as we were told we could by email. Called back 2 times verifying they were cancelled because the website didn’t change and hubby was guaranteed they were cancelled. Guess what, we received a shipping notice for the craft day items yesterday. However, last checked it was stuck in initiated shipping mode when you click on it just like the purses were for days.
HSN, I don’t need the stress in my life. We craft to relieve stress you have caused a lot with no sincere apologies. You use to take care of your customers. This has happened in the past and I just bit my tongue. Not this time.
Find your integrity! Tell the truth in the beginning and people wouldn’t get so upset.
