Never received shipment
I ordered a mattress pas on 1/21 with a 4 flex payment option. I kept tracking my shipment status and it said it was in transit. Well this morning I received an email saying I returned my order. My order never arrived! Ups never delivered it! I tried to find out what happened and tried to reorder my item. No one knew what happened and I could reorder but the 4 flex payment option was no longer available. All I got was “it doesn’t explain why it was returned.” Very frustrated and felt like they didn’t care. I will not be ordering anything anymore. Thanks but I’ll take my business elsewhere!
I recently had the same thing happen. Ordered an Anna Griffin binder that holds die cuts. One day stated it was shipped, the very next day stated it had been returned. I noticed that the refund included 100% of my shipping costs, so this may be a way they manipulate/over-ride the system when something goes wrong. Of course the item I wanted is sold out. Just happened yesterday, so I will contact tomorrow. Sometimes life just goes awry – I try to roll with the punches and not let it get to me (as long as I get all my money back, of course!)
I would suggest you call HSN CS & speak to another rep. It sounds like a glitch somewhere along the way with the delivery. Did the status say “shipped”? Possibly something happened to the shipping label & your address was damaged, so it was returned to HSN.
Did HSN refund your $$ ? If so..when?
Ordering on Jan 21 & showing as being returned by Jan26 is a very fast turn around. I would be impressed with getting the package by Jan 26.
Did you call UPS and ask them to check the tracking number, & tell you when & why they returned the package? They should be able to tell you. Speak to a supervisor.
HSN should be able to see the tracking & see the package was not delivered to you, if what your saying is correct. I’m not doubting what you are saying. They should have no problem sending the item back to you with the flex pay. I find it hard to believe they would just blow you off.
Call again, and if your not happy with the answer you get, make sure you have the name of the person your speaking to & ask to speak to a supervisor.
Don’t write HSN off due to 1 incident.
, it doesw appear that the shipment could not be completed due to a shipping issue. I’m very sorry this happened. Your order has been refunded in full and the remaining FlexPayments have been cancelled. The refund should appear on your online account within 3 business days.
