i ordered it on the 30th.. It has been packaging for several days…
Am really turned off with getting it now…
Several reasons… Taking too long to ship…. I have very large property a lot of trees..
The leaves have been falling for a couple of weeks now..
So many,and i cannot handle it.. My husband and I have many health issues..He is 81,and i am 78… No one to help us now…
Live in a small community with not that many homes..
The unit weighs about 7 lbs.. I have afib, and suffer from severe arthritis,and sciatica My husband has heart problems.. His leg veins are bad,and had surgery several weeks ago.. He is limited to lifting and carrying anything too heavy…
Did call yesterday… Got no real response about it…
The length of the pug in cord is not listed on description… I called company and did not get a real answer to the length of the cord…
So now i ponder with not knowing what is happening…
Well it’s still packaging… Unbelievable… I don’t think i want it now..
Will get someone to clear the leaves from my outside….
Agree with earlier post, it would be best to post your concern in the Customer Service area, I’ve always found you get very quick responses/help by doing so.
Also, if it gives you some hope, seems like orders stay in the ‘packaging’ phase longer than they used to, a change with the order management/computer system I’ve heard earlier this year. I know I’ve had an order showing packaging, and it arrives the next day. Might depend on the whse location it’s shipping from as well…. it hasn’t been a week since you ordered, so I would definitely give it a couple more days.
Kudos to you and your husband for continuing to do this very hard work at your ages… and I hope you receive your blower/vac soon to help you both with this very challenging chore, we have tons of trees in our yard and it seems like we vac/mulch from October to Xmas!! Will keep my fingers crossed for you to receive this soon! Good Luck! :womanhappy:
