little steamer recall
I also got the message. I bought the steamer several years ago and stopped using it because it leaked as well. I just put it far away from my sight as it got my clothes wet and not just from the steam. Bad product. I filled out the online reference, took photos of the item, cut the cord and sent it to them. They responded they received my info.
I tried several times to put a date in on the online site for recalling the steamer. It would not accept it…then, at the end I looked and they put a date in. The last day available. NOT TRUE, I bought it on HSN about 5 years ago. So strange. I think they want to control the dates so they don’t have to pay as much.
I got the email too- I sent them all my order info, however my steamers were tossed years ago. I couldn’t provide pictures (they wanted pictures of the steamers/cut cords). We’ll see if anything develops from my recall reply.
I got the same email. I never responded. I still have several steamers & gave several for gifts. They never make it easy to get in on one of these product malfunctions.
Life is changing so rapidly & HSN has gone down the tubes!
