Joy Supe Chic Vacuum
I had to return a Joy Super Chic Vacuum (WHITE) last year that broke!
Sent it back and received Spendable Cash to use on HSN.
Bought another Joy Super Chic Vacuum (PURPLE) in March and used Spendable cash and bought warranty!
Vacuum stopped working today!
When I called the customer service person said because I used Spendable Cash to purchase that I cannot return the vacuum to be replaced or for credit! (Not eligible for warranty they sold me either!)
ALL I WANT IS A VACUUM! I DON’T CARE WHAT COLOR! I LIKE THE WAY IT WORKS.
STILL HAVE MY ORIGINAL SAND COLORED ONE THAT WORKS FINE!
I don’t understand problem. I bought this in good faith!
Could have used Spendable Cash on another product and used my credit card on this! (Which seems there would not have been a problem!)
Was told SUPERVISOR would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours!
Its now been 80 hours NO RESPONSE! (SHOCKING)
Thought it was funny she did not say what # is best to get in contact with you or email address to reach you is?
Sending copy of this to HSN not HAPPY CUSTOMER!
Also will be posting this to HSN, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM and other sites if this cannot be resolved!
A purchase is a PURCHASE! I am blown away by response of your representative!
Using spendable cash should not have made a difference!
It was my money to use and I’m regretting spending it on another Joy Mangano product at this point!

@skull11, I sure hope HSN takes care of you. In the meantime, you should remove your personal info from your posting. This is the Internet and you don’t know who is on the other side of the keyboard. We’ve encountered a few wackos and perverts.
I agree linda, I cant believe hsn is not backing a customer who purchased a defective item…who also had a warranty.
There is a problem if this happened twice to her.
Joy states on every show how she backs her products and they have good housekeeping seal.
Even worse …no one has gotten back to resolve the issue.
I can understand return policies…but the product was defective not once but twice.,,hsn do the right thing for your customers.
