I recently ordered Joy Mangano’s 72 piece huggable hanger set. I have been a Joy Mangano fan for years and have many of her products – over 150 hangers, closet organizers, purses, steamer. Pots and pans, aroma electric scents, towels, luggage, mops, jewelry cleaner. Can you tell I like her products? Unfortunately this last order arrived with one broken hanger and missing the cascading holders and clips. All customer could due was credit me $7.99. This doesn’t come close to the amount I must now pay to order the items separately! The other choice was to return the shipment but the product was sold out! The item was purchased for my niece who is anxiously waiting to transform her closet! I feel that customer could have sent the missing items. I explained that I am handicapped and it would be difficult for me to get out to do the return. The agent got rude and said that’s it there is nothing she could due! So the sale bargain I paid for became close to being a full price item!
I feel the HSN needs to change some of its return policies so people are so inconvenienced. I do hope this message gets passed along to Joy Mangano! I might think twice about future purchases if I am going to encounter rude customer service representatives!
After placing a large order for these hangers with the outrageous shipping costs, I found a virtually identical style hanger with free shipping, larger quantity and lower cost. They even sell the hooks to stack them. Only two color choices but at least it’s another option. Will try those next. I found them on LittleLuxuriesDesigns.com
I’m surprised you did not have quality issues sooner as most other customers have.
I just saw her hangers at Target.
Most of her products are cash in the trash imho.
Don’t worry, you won’t have to think about future purchases of Joy’s products she is No longer with HSN. And her company Ingenious Designs has been sold. And since (Quackrate) has taken over forget about ANYTHING changing.
