GEMINI REVIEWS NOT SHOWN ON SITE
Why when you type in Gemini Machine it does not come up on the site. I would love to see the reviews of the thousands of customers who, like me, purchased this product. I would love to hear they experiences with this machine. But HSN is not making that available. I find it strange that they are emailing me, asking that I review my Gemini, but then it is going into the review panel!
I had to go to Google to find out that 53 customers reviewed it on HSN and gave it 3.5 stars! I would love to know why!
I had a problem with the rubber mat ripping after using the plate recipe stated for CC intricate dies. When I called CC they said the pressure might need to be adjusted; I could mail it back to them or just send it back to HSN. Well, HSN doesn’t have a replacement! CC said they could send me a replacement rubber pad, but they don’t have any at the moment….would send it when they get them….but don’t know when that will be.
So, now I don’t know what to do. I do like the larger base and I also have a Vagabond (which never gave me a problem).
But I find it troublesome that we cannot read the reviews especially since we are being asked to review it!
Candance, this is too bazar. When I typed it in it just said sold out….and no reviews. When I used your link, the page opened with the option to read the reviews. Thank you for such a quick reply…truly appreciated!!
I have noticed other products not coming up when typed into the search. It is very frustrating. I have a problem w the missing size charts and missing ingredients of various products. I would report it to CS, but a lot of things don’t get fixed around here…
