Elite 6.5 qt Multi/Infinity Cooker
I am not even sure if I am posting this in the correct section as there is no location for "Kitchen", but since the kitchen is in the home, LOL, I guess here is as good as any.
I bought the Elite 6.5 qt Multi/Infinity Cooker – the video shows the ladies deep frying chicken and french fries, however saftey instruction #46 (or 47 – there is an adendum included for safety stuff) says "DO NOT USE AS A DEEP FRYER" (yes, in all caps). This should be fixed with a new video, since it seems to violate the safety instructions.
Oh, and I would love to know 2 things if anyone has figured it out –
#1 – the instruction book recipies say for cup cakes "Add water to the cooker" but not how much – so how deep? The same as for steaming? Less?
#2 – how do you cook bread in this thing? Do you add water like for the cupcakes if baking in a pan?
Hi again lilmama74, the Buyer has looked into the recipes and has replied with this information. The Cupcakes use the same water as steaming about 1″ .
As far as the bread, don’t use any liquid. Just place the bread dough into an aluminum pan, let rise and put into the cooker directly on the bottom and cook using oven temp instructions from my dough recipe. I hope this helps!
Hello lilmama74, our Buyers replied that the frying segment will be removed and I will post back with the recipe information you requested as soon as I hear.
Hello lilmama74, I’ve reached out to our buyers to share your feedback and to answer your recipe questions. I’ll post back with their reply. You can also reach out to the manufacturer’s warranty agent for clarification. 1-800-365-6133 (ext. 105 and 107).
