Customer Service KUDOS for Cindy!
I just wanted to give a shout out to your customer service department… Cindy in particular. I had an issue with an item I ordered on Craft Day being cancelled without my knowledge. I had several projects in mind for this item and spent money ordering other coordinating things (which I did receive) that were useless without it.
Cindy was kind enough to call me. She went ahead and solved the issue by going above and beyond my expectations.
Being that I work in a customer service related industry myself, I know that circumstances are sometimes beyond our control and that sometimes we aren’t going to be able to help because our hands are tied. That said, someone who really cares will push the envelope and strive to dig deeper and go further to turn things around. That is what Cindy did for me. She is the kind of person I think of when I think of HSN and how they treat their customers. She is a gold standard. And I won’t forget it. THANK YOU HSN and Cindy! Because you took the time to care, I am happilly working on projects and looking forward to enjoying your next Craft day!
