Anyone else have problems with Concierge items. Seriously, I’ve had two that didn’t last out a year. Worst products ever as far as I’m concerned. And I basically got blown off by HSN Customer Service. Told that there’s no warranty on Concierge. Geez – why does HSN even sell them, then??
How do you keep the stuffing in the concierge platinum where it belongs. All the down just falls
down to the sides. I have tried everything. No more concierge for me. Very disappointed. Very expensive when you can’t even use the product.
HSN customer service does leave a lot to be desired. It should be interesting to see what happens if the QVC merger/acquisition goes thru. It seems that their Concierge line is truly bad. Not sure why they keep selling but my guess is “bottom line”.
Well let me tell you that I am totally dissatisfied and surprised with HSN. Why they sell Concierge is because they don’t have to back it up AND the ONLY person u can call with the company is Jeff Golden and good luck with that! I have his number and email address and although I have talked to him (a month ago) twice, he told me to send him an email and he would straighten thing out. Yeah. Right!
I bought a Gusset Goose down mattress topper that was GUARENTEED NOT TO POKE THROUGH as others have because there is an extra layer of material sewn on top of the feathers to avoid. Now this was addressed in the airing on March 3, 2017!!!
Well……….ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE but it didn’t happen until June, therefore, HSN is done with u and Jeff? Well who knows. He just doesn’t do anything. No communication at all.
that’s my story on Concierge. I’m headed over to Joy Mangamo to see why I am sending back a hair dryer for the 2nd time. Both defective and the customer service rep was rude and uncaring.
BYW……………I’m done, after even going to their stores in Fl. and shopping, with HSN! They are losing a very loyal customer. And you know they don’t read these!
Nice to know I’m not the only one. I can’t believe they are still selling this stuff. Makes me wonder about the other things they sell now.
Early this year and late last year I ordered sheets (Concierge), they were and are the cheapest sheets I’ve come across. the material, well, it’s just awful!
I’ve sent all of them back, I don’t know how they sell this stuff with a staright face.
I sent a set as a gift to a good friend, good thing she’s a friend, she understood and returned them.
