
Can't Return item
I ordered an Arctic air Deluxe air cooler I’m trying to return it to you the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service. They told me that I needed postage. Although I thought I could do a return on your own with the paperwork that was provided with the purchase product. Come to find out this company does not accept returns. I’d have to pay $17.85 to return this product back to HSN and lose out on that money. Since when does an HSN have a return policy where the customer does not pay for the return? I am totally dissatisfied with HSN and the way they handled me as a customer. I will not purchase again from HSN.

I have the same issue with the Bell & Howell pest repellers. I going to need leave work early just to stand in line to pay postage.
I told the phone rep that items should be clearly noted that it doesn’t come with HSNs normal return labels. She told me the only way to know is to call and ask before ordering. So much for the ease of ordering online.
