Can’t get Joy mop head to click into place
I am having trouble getting my mop head to click into place. I took it off to clean and dry and when I went to put it back on I couldn’t get it to click into place securely. I have watched the "how to " video and I have done all of that and still nothing. Can anyone give me any other tips that might help?
the first picture shows how the head should be set deep in the cup.
the second picture shows the hook part of the piece that swings over
the third picture shows where the hook snaps over the plastic lip
the forth picture shows it closing and must be pushed hard to get the hook over the lip
i hope this helps.
Jopud it just may be that the problem you’re having is not a design problem but a manufacturing problem from the manufacturer overseas. It may be in your best interest to exchange it for another mop…..Ronnie
I found that if you don’t have it extended all the way and lock it into a position to work with then when you have brought the mop head up and laid it into it’s little "cup" then push the center of the mop head down as far in as you can and then fold the little "arm" into place. It should work a little easier that way. Hope this helps.
