I’ve had HSN always exceeds my expectations.
Bravo to all of you and many thanks for all that you do
to make the customer (me) feel very special.
I will also get the names of people,in the future and share. I am consistently impressed with the quality of CS at HSN. Truly A world apart from its competitors.
I hope I am doing this in the right place. THANK you so much for sending me a replacement Snowman Cookie Jar after my first one came with some defects. HE is gorgeous and will be filled with candy to set on my Sisters’ holiday table. Great job! I really appreciate the courteous and prompt service.
I have had some of the wonderful people do the most wonderful things to help me. The last one whose name that I remember is Bill. I remember his name because I teased him about being Bill the show host and doing double duty. How nice whoever thought to mention their names here. There was also an agent that helped me so much a few months ago when my finances temporarily fell apart. Steve I do believe. If they can do it for you they will, just be patient and if you flip well just say you are sorry and call back :)!!! I lose my mind during free shipping but they know this 🙂
I agree 100%. I’ve never had a problem with them (and I’m pretty moody and not always the easiest customer to please, I expect excellent customer service). My few experiences with them were great when I did need them. I remember when I first became a customer, I had some questions about returns, and just other general purchasing questions. They were patient and answed all my questions. I remember I was calling about a minor problem once, and I had mentioned (without knowing) that some items I had just purchased, went on sale. They credited me with the difference. Now I know to put all my purchases in my favorites and watch for the price to drop (I buy a lot of clearance items, lol, so they can drop for me all the time). Another recent example was a Jay King amethyst and tourmaline necklace. One of the amethyst beads had a huge chip out of it (almost 1/8 of the bead). I called the the representative had a new one shipped out to me at no additonal cost, and let me know I had 15 days to return the one that was chipped. I was extremely pleased. They must treat the employees right, to keep such a courteous and professional staff around. I’m sorry that I didn’t record their names ,or I would happily post them here. If I need them in the future, I will gladly express my gratitude here with a name!

I will get names in the future so customer service reps are given credit for the great service they give. I’ve always been very pleased with my experiences with them.
HSN Moderators and Customer Service, as far as I’m concerned is the best! I have always had excellent service from both!
