Am I Overreacting!! Need Some Feedback

I’m not a happy lady today. I am seriously making a decision on whether to continue to purchase anymore of my crafting products from HSN. The products and prices on HSN Crafts are usually a good value and the Craft Kits outstanding. So here’s my situation.
On March 16th the 24 hour Craft Day I purchased (among other craft products) the "Anna Griffin® Minc 60-pack Foil Bundle" Item Number 443-875. I received my package in a timely manner. Opened up the envelope containing the Minc Foil and thought this doesn’t look like 60 pieces. So I gingerly opened the packaging being careful not to tear it. Bottom line only 24 pieces! Yes I was disappointed because I’d been looking forward to these great new colors but mostly because I had Easter Cards ready to go out that just needed to be foiled and then mailed. So I call Customer Support, they were very accommodating and exchanged the package.
Well today that package came! Correct item number on the envelope. Looked inside, pulled out the SAME 24 piece group AGAIN!!! I call Customer Service, of course I had to give the whole situation over again, had to convince the Lady I knew this was the wrong amount. I counted just the Brown Foil and there were only 2 sheets, suppose to be 5!
So I find out now I can’t exchange this and get the correct 60 Foil Package because HSN only does one exchange. I had to pay for a new set and then I’ll get a credit after 72 hours for the one I return when they receive it.
Then the Customer Support person says, it’s in stock, but I can’t promise you that you won’t receive the same package with 24 in the mail!!! I asked, is the item number correct? Are there packages with 60 pieces in them? She replies, yes! I ask, Can you contact the warehouse and make sure I get the 60 pack? Her reply was no, they have no way to contact the warehouse. My irratation is that NO ONE can call the warehouse and tell them there should be 60 Pieces in this package and I don’t know WHY!
I read the reviews on the "Anna Griffin® Minc 60-pack Foil Bundle" Item Number 443-875 and 6 out of 8 people received the 60 Pack!!
Bottom line, don’t understand why if the product is available and listed as a 60 piece bundle, I keep getting only 24 pieces!!!
One point I need to make, is the Item Number on the bottom of the packaging was correct, but maybe that Item Number only correlates to the 24 piece bundle. I asked if they could send an extra couple of packs and I would pay the difference, but No GO! Also called back a second time to be sure they couldn’t contact the warehouse, they say it’s impossible. :womansad:
So fellow Crafters, I’m sitting here with a Minc Machine, cards that need to be finished, no foil, and YES I could go to the craft store and get some, but the price on the rolls of Minc are $9.99 a roll. These colors (some of them) in Anna’s Bundle aren’t available anywhere else and the price is FABULOUS!!!
Any suggestions? Community Managers can you contact the Warehouse in Piney Flats, TN and tell them about my issue!! I want MY Foil, PLEASE!!!!
Maybe acting somewhat childish, but these days doesn’t seem like Customer Service is Customer Service.
, the PG is a month to month request but it is also available on HSN.com (Program Guide tab), for a couple of weeks at a time, with item features and more cool information. I’ve requested your Dec PG.
