Shipping Status Concern
My order has been in the “initiated” phase for 3 days now. The “tracking number” provided doesn’t work on any shipping carriers websites. Please help. What is taking so long to ship out my product!?
This makes me not want to order from HSN ever again.
I was able to get in touch with Old Dominion Freight early this morning. The rep scheduled a delivery for tomorrow.
Erica your product may be in transit with a freight company as well. I called HSN customer service yesterday and he found out the details of my shipment.

Your order has shipped via Old Dominion Freight and since this order was shipped via freight, you will receive a phone call from the carrier to set up your delivery date and time once it gets closer to your area.
