Can you talk about assembly?
If my goal is toning muscle more than losing weight, should I be increasing my time or my resistance on my hybrid or both. My current routine is between 30-45 almost every day with a resistance between 3 and 6.
So far I’m not quite meeting my short term goals,but I am better than I was 2 1/2 months ago. I feel 100% better,and make better choices for healthy meals. I will continue to excersise 5 days a week.

Thank you for the information regarding mixing up our workouts (while working out on our exercise machines).
I have been completing a full workout of 30 or 60 minutes, thinking that is enough – yet wondering why I have not seen many new changes in my body lately. I will take your great advice – get off the machine – add strength training. Have a pleasant evening.
How can I get more definition in my triceps and frim them up?
How can I lose the pouch?
What are the % of carbs, protein, fats and sugar is recommnded for women?
Can you overdo it with cardio?
How many days a week should you do strength training? Should you do arms one day and then legs another day and then abs?

I’ve always had trouble with the evening munchies. I just want to eat and eat after I get the kids to bed. Suggestions for curbing that?

I am doing well as far as eating healthy & getting in my activity. As you know I love and use both my ProForm Elliptical and Treadmill a lot!!! My question is… if i wanna build muscle (cut & tone) along side of my cardio, what would my workout schedule for the look like including rest days?
