Not sure how healthy putting half a jar of peanut butter into a vegetable wrap is…but, whatever makes you feel like you’re doing something good for yourself.
? Thanks for the chuckle Carlos! Of course I put more peanut butter than usual to show how full you CAN make it (it was about 1/4 cup or 2 oz). And of course, anyone can decide how much they want to put on their wrap. The reality is, if that were on bread, it would be more carbs, calories, and sugars than on a Gem Wrap. Its the small ways to make a difference. But honestly, they are just delish even if you arent necessarily dieting but love great taste. Thank you SO much for commenting. I hope you try them out sometime.
I don’t think that’s all that healthy either…but in a veggie wrap…I guess it’s whatever you tell yourself. lol
