I’m just wondering if Andrew responded to the change of ingredients for this vitamin. Seems there were quite a few voicing their opinions last month and questioning the amount of vitamins they would have to take to make this work. Of course in adding the dosage the price also becomes something to think about.
I have spent hundreds, even thousands this year alone and have never received a coupon for a thing!
I agree, give your customers a break. Too many restrictions are worthless. Like many retailers you cant use your points that I, the consumer, have earned.
HSN I have found HSN ships expensive clothing in an envelope. I ordered a tube of mascara, and received it in a big box. What a waste of money and cardboard. No wonder HSN’s shipping costs are so out of line, which is passed onto the customer.
Waste of money. I bought two sets. Now I know now to read reviews before purchasing. You can only smell them when you first open the package unless you put your nose up to them and they certainly do not eliminate odors even in a very confined space. Based on return shipping will probably be ahead to keep. Maybe the vases can be used for something else that works.
I get why they say no to the today’s special because they say it is already drastically reduced but still, every once in a while…………….I agree it would only help their sales by throwing us a bone!
The RESTRICTIONS ARE: NO SPECIALS, NO SALES, NON OF THE DAYS SPECIAL… ONLY "FULL PRICED PRODUCTS".
I have WASTED SO MANY COUPONS BECAUSE I CANNOT AFFORD THE FULL PRICED ITEMS. (I could find them elsewhere at a greatly reduced cost & FREE S&H)
HSN, please consider a change!
AMEN, we could do without the restrictions. Money is money… why limit us?
Many of us don’t have the money to buy full price even with your coupons!
I just mentioned something like this a bit ago, before I saw this thread :..
I’m sure this has been brought up before, but, here goes: I love the arcade games and entering in for prizes, but haven’t been very lucky with drawings lately. How about something like 5000 tickets equalling $5.00 off any HSN purchase or something like that? I, like every woman LOVE to get a discount – even greater than the discounts already offered on HSN.
I would have no complaints with a 20% off coupon in my email. :smileyfrustrated:

I have been shopping here for more years than I care to count and I have never received a coupon for my Birthday either.
Haven’t you realized by now that it’s not about you. It’s about HSN and making money.
Customer appreciation is just that, they appreciate you spending your money with them.
You WOULD think that out of the $millions they make throughout the year they could give back to their customers besides a Rewards Store that is NOT a Rewards Store but a sweepstakes.
Keep complaining, most likely it is falling on deaf ears at HSN since they have been doing business like this for years. The ONLY way a company hears their customers is when they stop buying from them.

I never got a coupon for being a loyal customer, except from playing Spin to Win in the past. I always have several items on flex play all the time and I have shopping sprees whenever Jay King and Andrew Lessman are on (to name a few). First I heard of coupons when I came here in the Community.

HSN isn’t the only company that ignores the loyal steady customers ( cable ). I agree give us loyal customers a coupon we can use…now there are too many restrictions/ free shipping, something to thank us for our loyalty.
I have been shopping at HSN since 1997 and you are right . No coupons on air. They don’t tell us what fabrics are, we have to read it on line. They used to measure with tapemeasures and give all garment measurements to every size,Bill Green wore one around his neck on every fashion show (which there were many). I my be off topic but we all have personal fravs thats why we shop here. I love HSN but it has changed, to much BS and not enougth infro on any products like years prior,but I am still here and will always be here because of all of you. In a mall when we shop we are not one. At HSN we are family, with the good and the bad (products or Host BS). i SEEM TO BE UNABLE TO USE ANY OF MY MONTHLY CUPONS SENT WITH MT HSN MASTERCARD BILL FOR FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING. THIS HAS BEEN OING ON FOR 6 WEEKS ON ANY ITEM. THEY ALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS.
EVEN THE SUPERVISORS SEEM TO BE UNABLE TO HELP ME AND I HAVE USED THESE COUPONS FOR YEARS.
