Im a new customer who placed an order on Jan 11 to purchase the urban rebounder. I received an email stating expected delivery date was 1/23/15. Today is 1/27/15 and still no delivery or communication from this company.
Tonight, 1/27/15, I go to order status online and still see 1/23/15 as the expected delivery date. Customer service rep Sheila says "Im so sorry" and states HSN tried to call me on 1/23/15 and inform me. I check my phone log and no call from HSN.
I dont have a good feeling about this transaction and want to cancel my order and account. The Cust Service repSheila cancels my account and states I will receive an email indicating such.
I wait 30 minutes no email My online order status still states estimated delivery of 1/23/15. I call back and get Cust Service rep Sophie. She reiterates the same "Im so sorry" saga too then states my account was cancelled but not my order. Grrrh! Thanks Sheila! Rock star communication skills…..
I ask to speak to a Supervisor, I get Supervisor Casey this time. She also reiterates the "Im sorry" saga and says she will do her best to get an email to the partner asking for a special consideration to canel my order. Can you imagine! I am thinking she will try to expedite the delivery of my order and she states she is going to ask for a courtsey to cancel my order and most importantly she states there is no guarantee the order will be cancelled and it will take up to 72 hours for HSN to get back to me with another status email.
I am going to call the credit card company now and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Wow! Moma said they’d be day’s like this" 20 years, I’ve shopped at HSN and no one as ever been unkind or disrespectable to me, never even had a problem that didn’t end in mutual laughter,but thanx for the warning. 😉 and hope your day gets better.
Hi dissatisfiedcust, I understand your disappointment with us, I would feel the same if this happened to my order. I checked to make sure the actions were taken as promised, and have reported this to our Fulfillment department. I hope you’ll give us another opportunity to shop with you, as this is a rare occurrence.
Well the only positive is look at all the new people you got to speak with- YIKES- I hope you can resolve this and possibly still recieve your item.
