Anyone else experiment with the Choconuvo? I decided to make the recipe in Andrew’s Oats recipe book that has a cookie made with chocolate chips and Andrew’s oat bran. I decided,before adding regular Choc chips to reserve a couple spoonfuls of the dough so I could add one bar of the 91 percent Choconuvo in one spoonful.I used the 66 Choconuvo strength for the second. Cookie to be made. The remaining dough was with chocolate chips,no Choconuvo.After baking I tasted and found the Choconuvo cookie was just as yummy.
Any one else experiment with Choconuvo?
