Can glucosamine/chondrotin be helpful for folks with RA?
I think typically glucosamine/chondrotin is for folks with osteoarthritis, but could it be helpful for folks with RA? I know and tumeric and ginger are helpful for RA.
I googled a bit and it seems like the only results are for OA not RA, some sights even list these as "OA only".
