Best regimen for me
Hi. I only take Lessman vitamins several years now. I have Healthy Hair & Nails, COQ10, Andrews 5 favorites, Turmeric, Energy, Cranberry, cinnamon, Multi, Omega, Calcium w/ Vitamin D, Magnesium and I am sure may be forgetting a couple. As a 58 year woman, which ones are the most important for me as a cardiovascular health regimen and other changes/challenges getting older has in store?
