Andrew Lessman Vitamins Soy
I really want to try his vitamins for women but nervous about the soy. I’ve done a lot of research and there’s
so much conflicting info on the subject, it’s overwhelming. I’ve read great reviews about his product, but I haven’t ordered because of the soy. Any thoughts or input is appreciated.

This is a late response but I was going to order them and noticed how much soy is in the product (this was months ago) and said “Nope”. Today, I’m looking at them again and was about to put them in my cart but something said to look at the ingredients; yep, soy. So, I’m not buying them.
I take Synthroid and have been advised by every doctor to avoid soy at all costs. Soy (the bad kind) is in so much of our foods today. Yes, Andrew users the “Asian” soy but…..not everyone can or should soy at all. Considering how much is in our diet, my OB/GYN (a woman) tells all of her patients to avoid it.
His other Vitamin for Women does NOT contain soy….I went with that one and it’s excellent.

I am cautious of soy too. I don’t believe it is the cure-all that it is advertised to be. I too have thyroid issues, and that makes me more cautious about consuming soy. The vitamins I buy from Andrew do not have soy.

Thanks @mommyme. I agree about the soy and staying away from it. There has been proof it contributes to breast cancer. In the meantime, I found another quality brand which is soy free. I would have said I’ll try his soy free vitamin when I run out, but his recent behavior in the last 12 hours turned me off. He has a lot of loyal followers and I don’t mean to offend.
