What has happened to dg2 jeans?

I have a wardrobe of dg2 pants that all fit on size 10. The latest virtual stretch bag out and slip off me. They are different lesser quality. No I can’t rely on the brand to fit

I have many DG2 jeans in my closet, bought over many years that I still wear, and they range from 10, 10P, 12 and 12P and I just received a 14P because the 12’s were out of stock (final clearance), and after washing it fits okay! I follow the garment measurement chart and I find even the charts change depending on the style! As we all know, our bodies change from time to time, and I know mine certainly has!

I love IMAN jeans as well and now most of hers in my size are gone. I feel your pain, now when I buy jeans or pants I pretty much do my best by the charts and cross my fingers!

  I have found Liz Clairborne at JCPenney’s. The Sara slim cut. They come in petite, average & tall. I love them. St John’s Bay jeans. They don’t bag out. I do have to hem some of them. Too many people don’t realize what they are missing. They only shop online. If I don’t have an order that’s over $50.00, I just have them shipped to the store for free. Liz Clairborne has some beautiful sweaters!

I’m wondering the same. I paid good money for these. Fit fine at first and then the waist has stretch out and I have to keep pulling them up. Wearing a belt make the top bunch up – not attractive. I also buy Gloria Vanderbilt in my size and have never had a problem with them. Stretch seemed a good idea at first but not anymore.

  DG2 back high rises are getting bigger on smaller sizes, that is why jeans are baggy and need a belt to stay up . 16 in back rise is to big for sizes 2 and 4. Tired of complaining and Sam doesn’t seem to get the message. These are not Diane’s jeans anymore.

TexasMom1, you can find IMAN jeans on eBay. I bought her jeans and some other items because my size sold out at HSN. I’m still sad over her retirement as I love her clothes. But thankful I can find some items I missed previously.

Sam always tells everyone during the presentations of virtual stretch to size down a full size. Reluctantly I ordered a size down and they fit! So if ordering virtual stretch maybe try one size down and see how they fit.
