SHIPPPING AND HANDLING.
Is anyone having difficulty getting 50% S&H on TSV today and on some other items? Not having any luck with Customer Service or with the Chat. Maybe the storm in getting in the way of business.
I saw a post over on the Customer Forum about this happening. I thought they were saying it had been resolved, but you might want to check there.
Your referring to me and one other poster, I purchased five TSV’s and two other slinky pants sets and the problem has not been resolved. I do appreciate that you were trying to help and I thank you for that. I have also tried Customer Chat and that didn’t work – there was no response after I poste my problem three times. Thanks again Lizzie 818.
I just posted about this ….when I called CS supervisor today to complain I was charged full price shipping for 5 items, when 3 should have been 1/2 price she said the promotion is no longer being offered and nothing about a glitch in system!!! So annoyed.
I’m sure you spent over $75 with Slinky, so your shipping should have been free.
It says in the info about the free shipping with $75 purchase that they will charge the shipping and handling at the time of the purchase but it will be cleared at the end of the day if you have $75 of qualifying purchases. It does look like the 50% off additional items has been discontinued–probably just while the free shipping on $75 is running. Kind of a bummer if you don’t want $75 worth of merchandise.
