Rhonda Shear’s AHH Bras for ‘chesty’ women?
Has anyone with big ‘boobs’ bought the Ahh Bras and like them? Are they supportive?
? Hi Paris00. Nope, the Ahh Bra does not work for those of us with large boobs. It’s a really nice leasure bra but an hour or so into wearing it the weight of the girls causes the bra to stretch out and the straps to dig/cut into the shoulders. Very uncomfortable even for only around the house.
I wish Rhonda would consider making a leisure bra with real supportive shoulder straps (a wider strap and cushion) and a some what thicker, not so stretchy knit to handle the weight of large boobs. Just for us. Until then, I’ll continue to buy my leisure bra’s from the plus-size magazines and stores.
Hey HSN, pass this thread on to Rhonda. I think she’ll appreciate it.
I wear the original doubled up (2 at once) when I do yoga or pilates. I do not wear wear them out of the house. The underwire ones are too wide for the cup size I need. I am a 36DD.
I’ve tried the Ahh’s, they are comfortable but do nothing for lift and support. I’m a 38D and the silouette is not flattering (and mine aren’t down by my ankles, they are real and perky enough for a 58 yr. old)
I finally got the Ahh underwire in the only size left a small. The cup size doesn’t fit but they sure do lift and seperate and you can’t feel the underwire. I really hope she brings them back cause I’m keeping the small even tho I’m bulging out of the cup! A med would be perfect and it has a lot of good reviews.
I also tried the molded cup cami size small…..disaster. The cup was too big so when I bend a certain way the cup indents where my breast didn’t fill it in, and then the piece just under the cups was so small it felt like an underwire and I couldn’t wait to rip it off.
She just showed the brand new Ahh’s in cotton with pads, I might try those and hope for the best, if not I can return them.
? I’ve watched Rhonda for years. She is quite busty and swears by them. Think she says she wears “L” or “XL”. Always looks uplifted.:womanvery-happy:
I bought them to lounge and sleep in. I also wear them when I garden cause it gets pretty warm out there. I don’t wear them under close fitting street clothes because I need more support…….that said I really like them. They’re comfy, are silky to the touch and the colors are beautiful.
The Ahh Bra is Level 1 (light support), so I am thinking it prob isn’t the best choice for supporting large breasts. How large are we talking?
